“In recent years, I belive I have been endeavoring to produce even more creative photographs than the classic documentary forms. The photographs in this exhibition and in this book have specifically been taken at modern art museums, art events or around the modern buildings of world cities. My aim has been to capture, or even to establish, the connection, the relation between the works on exhibit or the buildings and the passers-by, or the viewers. Sometimes a look, a similarity, a pose, a silhouette or a shadow… I hope, the “new approach” on my photographs, which at times been realized in a split second, other times might require hours worth of patience will be admired.”
