The Continuous Quality Improvement Department at the American Hospital, was founded in order to deliver the highest quality of care compliant with the international standards and local regulations. American Hospital is the first private hospital in Turkey to receive ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and JCI certificates within the same year. This accomplishment ensured our excellence of our patient care services. Since then, our hospital has been reaccredited periodically.
Providing the highest quality patient-centered care through promoting a culture of continuous improvement, development and progress is at the heart of our institution. In order to excel in our practice we significantly invest in continuous education and training programs. Medical conferences and training sessions, drawing medical professionals with various backgrounds are periodically organized in order to create the right nurturing environment. As we recruit graduates of top medical schools with adequate experience, we aim to be the reference institution within the region.

| We comply with local and international environmental regulations, in order to conserve and enhance the natural resources and to increase awareness in public by communicating current environmental issues. As a part of this principle, we seek ways to reduce the environmental risks and make every effort to minimize any harmful consequences of our activities. To leave behind a cleaner and well-protected environment we manage our medical wastes, recycle and take action to prevent pollution. |
